**Therapeutic Art Exercises are activities that activate the imagination to support well-being. The core idea is that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. As a Certified Therapeutic Arts Coach, my role is to help you communicate, overcome stress, and explore different aspects of your own personality in order to heal, shift your perspective and develop more resilience and confidence.
***Gold and Platinum Level include a personalized workbook with custom-made exercises. Each week, I will deliver a new page of content that you can use to help deepen your self-expression, self-reflection and self-actualization.
